Critical Thinking
Critical thinking is the intellectually disciplined process of actively and skillfully conceptualizing, applying, analyzing, synthesizing, and evaluating information gathered from, or generated by, observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, or communication, as a guide to belief and action. In simpler terms, it's about thinking clearly and rationally, understanding the logical connections between ideas, and evaluating information to make informed decisions.
A critical thinker does not passively accept information. Instead, they question assumptions, identify biases (including their own), evaluate evidence, recognize logical fallacies, and consider different perspectives.
